I purchased an office 365 subscription from currys with my surface laptop and it wont activate

The subscription is for a personal home account

I did not get a product key. How can I activate the other applications as I keep getting prompted to buy

    Hello, I understand that you purchased Microsoft 365 from Currys but you are unable to activate it.

    If you were not able to receive a product key, please reach out to Currys to check this with them and afterwards you can go to https://setup.office.com/?source=microsoft365? and click Get Started and proceed from there and this should be able to get you going with your Microsoft 365 in which you will be able to download and install.
