Honestly, if your laptop still does everything you need, I can understand the frustration. Windows 10 support ended, but that doesn't mean a perfectly functional computer suddenly becomes useless. Everyone has to decide whether the security and support benefits of upgrading are worth the cost, or whether alternatives like Linux make more sense for their situation.
Microsofts appalling approach to the end of Windows 10 that shows it has zero concept of reality
I am so shocked at this completely offensive, naive, ignorant, constant demand to buy a new computer because some software is not being updated, links to computers for 1000s of euros in the middle of housing crises and wars the world over. Do they have no one advising them on how to approach such things? Are they all so rich they think its perfectly normal to demand people just throw away perfectly functioning equipment because they cant or wont support it any more? My laptop has another 5 years minimum in it, no way in hell am I buying a new one. Its kind of almost hilarious.
Thanks Microsoft.
Linux here I come.
