My name is <mod: PII removed>. My account is under <mod: PII removed>@gmail.com (I also have another email, <mod: PII removed>@aol.com, and phone number ( <mod: PII removed>). I can't access the team and other services, and it looks like my account isn't active. It does not show that I'm a member and keeps asking me to buy.

On Sep 18, 2026, $108.86 was taken from my account, and money was also taken about six months ago. Please update the system for me or send me the 25 kartcer to redeem my account

Someone from customer service could not help; he checked under <mod: PII removed>@gamil.com and <mod: PII removed>aol.com and could not find an account, and the money was taken from my account twice so far

Please contact us again and reference Case Number <mod: PII removed>. Providing this case number will help us quickly locate your previous interaction and continue assisting you without having to repeat the troubleshooting steps already performed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
We look forward to assisting you further.
Kind regards,

Microsoft Support

    Hi @Bahaa Aly

I’m sorry you were charged but still cannot access the service.

First, please kindly note that this is a community forum, so moderators and other members here cannot access your account, trace payments, activate a subscription, or issue a redemption code.

Since you are using personal Microsoft accounts, sign in to Services & subscriptions with each account you may have used and check the Subscriptions, Products you’ve purchased, and Cancelled subscriptions sections. You should also review Payment & billing > Order history, making sure the date range includes both charges.

If neither payment appears, open Manage your payments and select Investigate. This can help determine whether the payment card was used with another Microsoft account.

Because you already have a support case, continue through that case and provide the case number, charge dates, amounts, bank-statement descriptions, and the last four digits of the payment method privately. Please do not purchase another subscription or redemption code until the existing charges have been identified.

If the charges still cannot be connected to any account you recognize, contact your bank or payment provider to prevent additional charges

Thank you for your understanding and time. Hope you have a good day
