Hello, We created a new Microsoft 365 / Entra ID tenant for our company (an IT services company based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire) in order to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program as a CSP indirect reseller. Signing in with the tenant's global administrator account is now blocked with:
- Error: AADSTS5000228 – Access to tenant is denied. Please contact your administrator.
- Tenant ID: 3cb95ce4-6218-4b48-af85-db2462594458
- Correlation ID: 49f4cf25-e28d-4d53-b9df-5644d467eb48
- Timestamp: 2026-10-12 13:31 UTC
Partner Center also shows "Access restricted" for the same account. We are the only administrators of this tenant, so we cannot reach the Microsoft 365 admin center or Partner Center to open a support ticket. Could a moderator help us get the tenant unblocked, or tell us the correct support channel? We can share our company's legal details privately if needed. Thank you.
