    Hi @Hsu Yao Chang

In Microsoft Teams, screen sharing permissions are controlled by the meeting role and meeting options. Users who join as Attendees may not be able to share their screen. You could verify this with the meeting organizer, who can check Meeting options > Who can present and either set it to Everyone or assign your account as a Presenter.

You can refer via: Manage who can present in Teams meetings

I hope this helps. Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood your request. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.

    Check these areas:

    1. In the meeting, verify that Share is available in the meeting controls.
    2. If screen sharing is blocked for the account, an admin can check the Teams meeting policy:
      • Go to Teams admin center > Meetings > Meeting policies.
      • Open the assigned policy.
      • In Content sharing, check Screen sharing mode.
      • Allowed values are:
        • Entire screen: desktop and app sharing allowed
        • Single application: app sharing allowed
        • Not enabled: screen sharing and app sharing are turned off
    3. If the Give Control option is the specific problem, that feature requires hardware acceleration support on the device. If hardware acceleration is unavailable, the Give Control menu may not work.
    4. On Mac, Teams must have screen recording permission before sharing:
      • Apple Menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security
      • Under Screen & System Audio Recording, make sure Microsoft Teams is turned on.
    5. If sharing in chat instead of a meeting, Linux users can’t share screens in a Teams chat.
