I cannot move messages from the “other” mailbox to the “focused” mailbox on iPhone. When I click on move, there is no option to move to “focused”. I have downloaded the latest version of Outlook for iOS.

On Outlook for iPhone, moving a message to Focused is not done from the general Move folder action. It is done from the message’s More options menu.

Try this:

  1. Open the message that is currently in Other.
  2. Tap the More options icon or the three dots at the top.
  3. Select Move to Focused inbox.
  4. If prompted, choose Always Move or Move Once.

If that option is missing, check that Focused Inbox is turned on:

  1. From the message list, tap the Home icon or account picture.
  2. Go to Settings > Mail.
  3. Turn Focused Inbox on.

After it is enabled, return to the message in Other and use the three dots menu again. The Move to Focused inbox option should appear there.

To switch between the two inboxes, tap Focused or Other at the top of the inbox.
