Changing AB-730 exam mode from online to live test center

Hi Team,

Due to a technical issue during the exam, my initial AB-730 exam date has been rescheduled, however, I am unable to change the exam type from online to in-person in a Test center. I have contacted PearsonVUE customer service as well to try and change the exam method but they told me they cannot help with this either, the current rescheduled online exam needs to be cancelled, refunded and then an entirely new exam scheduled from scratch.

However, this is very cumbersome and I am not sure I would get the initial discount from Microsoft.

Could you please help me in rescheduling the exam as an in-person exam in a test center or confirm that the original discount (ESI 50% Discount DAC) will apply?
