Trying to sign up a school for an education 365 account, but fails

I'm not sure how to open a support case for this.

I am starting at this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office

I put in an email address and then select "If you're an IT admin, sign up your school."

The next page says: "Sorry, something is wrong...

We're sorry, but this product isn’t available."

It's been doing this for over 24 hours. So I'm not sure what to do now.

For some reason, your e-mail address appears to be identified (by Microsoft) as an individual e-mail rather than an organization one. I take it you are using an organization e-mail when you try to order the school's subscription?

    Hi Ben Nolen ,

Could you please confirm whether you are the IT administrator for the school and whether you're using an email address associated with the school's domain? If you're not the IT administrator, I recommend contacting your school's IT administrator, who can assist with the registration.

If you are the IT administrator, could you try the registration process in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window or a different browser to see whether the same error occurs?

If the issue persists, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin

You can also try contacting the Microsoft Education Support team directly through the following page: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact/education

I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
