Artifact Signing Public Trust eligibility for an Italian sole proprietor (ditta individuale)

Hello Microsoft Artifact Signing team,

I am an Italian sole proprietor ("ditta individuale") with an Italian VAT registration. My registered business name is "Di Francesco Daniele". I develop Windows desktop applications under the GetSoftware brand and accept having my exact validated legal name displayed as the publisher. I am not requesting a custom publisher name.

Before activating the paid Artifact Signing Basic plan, please clarify:

1. Is an Italian sole proprietor eligible for Public Trust through Organization identity validation when the business name is the proprietor's personal name?
2. Which documents are accepted: a Chamber of Commerce extract (visura camerale), a VAT registration certificate from the Italian tax authority, or other documents?
3. Is there any minimum business age or history requirement?
4. Can an Azure subscription with an Individual billing account be used for Organization validation, or is a different billing account type required?

I understand that Public Trust individual-developer validation is limited to the United States and Canada. My question concerns validation of an Italian registered business through the Organization route.

Please confirm eligibility and the correct process before I activate the paid service. I can provide documents privately through an official secure validation channel if needed.
