    Hi,

Since your Bluetooth device is already connected, click the Quick Settings area on your taskbar, where the volume icon is located, then click the Sound Output button (see the image below for reference).

Check whether your Bluetooth device is selected as the audio output. Sometimes, Windows continues to use your speakers as the output device even after connecting a Bluetooth device, which can cause you to hear no sound from the connected device.

Try these steps in order on Windows 11:

    1. Check the audio output device.
      • Click the Sound icon on the taskbar.
      • Make sure the correct Bluetooth device is selected as the audio output.
      • Also go to Start > Settings > System > Sound and confirm the Bluetooth device is selected under Output.
    2. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
      • Open the Get Help app and run the automated Bluetooth troubleshooter.
      • It can automatically diagnose and fix common Bluetooth audio problems.
    3. Adjust the Bluetooth audio format.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Select the Bluetooth device, then select Advanced sound properties.
      • Under Output settings, set Format to 2 channels,16 bit, 48000Hz (DVD Quality).
      • This option appears only while the Bluetooth device is connected.
    4. Remove and pair the device again.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Find the device and select More options (...) > Remove device.
      • Select Add device and pair it again.
    5. Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
      • Try pairing again.
    6. Update the Bluetooth driver.
      • Open Start > Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Restart the PC if prompted.
    7. Check for Windows updates.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      • Select Check for updates and install any available updates.
    8. Restart the PC.
      • Select Start > Power > Restart.
    9. Check device compatibility.
      • Confirm the Bluetooth audio device supports A2DP, which is used for higher-quality audio streaming.

Also verify the Bluetooth audio device is within range and connected, not just paired.
