I wanted to talk to someone personally on the Microsoft phone line about the trouble I was having with my OneDrive, and all I got was an overly repetitive voicemail that counted the times I called. I was so annoyed. All I wanted and needed was someone real to help me with my problem.

Is that so Hard to do and ask for?

    I just need to talk to a real person to help me solve my problems. But this constant need for you to want me to answer more questions is only delaying the possible. and its cousing more problems and annoyance.
