Microsoft hesabım çalındı; hesap kurtarma formunu defalarca doldurdum ancak her seferinde reddedildi. Destek ekibiyle de iletişime geçtim ama oradan da olumsuz yanıt aldım; bana defalarca ulaşmaya çalıştıklarını iddia eden bir e-posta gönderip yanıt alamadıkları gerekçesiyle talebimi kapattılar, oysa elime böyle bir e-posta hiç ulaşmadı. Hesabı çalan kişi iki aşamalı doğrulama kurmuş (benim hesabımda üç aşamalı doğrulama etkinleştirilmişti); kanıt olarak ekran görüntüleri sunmama rağmen yine de talebimi reddettiler veya bilgilerin eksik olduğunu öne sürdüler. Hesabımı geri almak istiyorum, lütfen bana yardım edin. Hatta Xbox üzerinden çözüm aramayı bile denedim ama beni tekrar Microsoft'a yönlendirdiler.

If you have turned on two-step verification and cannot access any of the alternate methods to get a verification, we cannot help you, sorry.

I even tried seeking a solution through Xbox but they redirected me back to Microsoft

I assume you mean the Xbox Account Recovery Form

Because of the two-factor authentication that the hackers put on your account, I do not know of any other recovery path open to you.

I am sorry. I know that losing access to your account is more than just an inconvenience, it can cause real hardships. I wish I could give you another answer.
