Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
I’m sorry this happened, 𐌔𐌀𐌉𐌍𐌕 ♡︎.
That said, I need to note that Microsoft Q&A is just a user-to-user, technical support forum. We don't have access to billing systems or the authority to manually review, approve, or reverse charges.
There is also an important complication here: the Robux were spent/consumed after purchase. Microsoft states that digital goods are generally not refundable, unless the purchase qualifies under the applicable offer or law.
Your circumstances can certainly be explained during a review, but they do not guarantee that Microsoft will reverse the transaction. From Microsoft's side, the transaction may still have been completed through the account normally. You can try to contact Microsoft/Xbox Support and ask whether the request can be reviewed further:
- Sign in with your account at Contact Us - Microsoft Support
- Enter / choose an issue > click Get Help to make a request
- Scroll down > click Ask our Support Assistant and follow guidance
- If the issue persists, specifically state in the chat box that you need direct help.
- The Contact Support button should appear > click it > select the chat in browser option
Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you. If you don't see chat option, choose another category and ask to escalate.
Please keep your expectations realistic, though. Support may deny the appeal still, particularly because the purchased Robux have already been consumed. There isn't a legitimate workaround to bypass a denied refund decision.
