I tried many things (Those solutions provided by Google's Gemini AI) to make Teams active in Outlook classic but none of them worked. Is there any other solution exist for that purpose?

Integration with Teams meeting add-in is not available for users with personal account. This feature requires a commercial account.
However, you can create a meeting directly from Teams calendar or Meet tab. Meetings can also be scheduled from Outlook.com where add-in is not required.

COM add-ins are active and working. I applied above solutions which previously suggested by Google Gemini AI. It was no use. I have Microsoft 365 Personal subscription right now, could it be the reason that I don't have Teams integration in Outlook?**

Restricting Teams integration with Outlook based on the subscription type is ridiculous. Moreover, I spent more than a month to understand that integration does not exist. There should be nothing installed about that integration in Outlook interface for false sense of it works. I think there must be clear info in Microsoft's site for the people who searches probability of that integration exist or not. Neither I nor AI doesn't know that. By the way, I won't buy corporate version of Microsoft 365 just to have that integration. Thank you,

With Outlook on the Web you can create Teams meetings without using the meeting add-in. The restriction applies to Classic Outlook only.

As far as I know, the New Outlook is not using meeting add-in either, so the behaviour will be similar to Outlook on the Web. However, I'm not using the New Outlook, so without being able to test, I will not guaranty if this will work with a personal account.
I tested it and I noticed that there is no Teams meeting integration too. By the way, I have an IMAP mail account, so Outlook web is not an option for me :)

I can see you have tried different ways to resolve this issue, but the issue has not been resolved it yet. To narrow down the root cause, could you confirm whether the add-in is missing entirely from the COM Add-ins list or is present but disabled?
I recommend checking whether the Teams Meeting add-in is disabled, missing, or failing to load in Classic Outlook.
Please first navigate to File - Options then Add-ins and check the Active and Disabled Application Add-ins sections.
If the add-in is missing from the COM Add-ins list, verify its installation under Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
If it is missing or its installation is corrupted, follow Microsoft's official repair procedure to reinstall the Teams Meeting add-in.
