I need a refund

I have purchased Windows 11 and can't run it. I would like a refund. How do I get one? I have gone to my history of purchases and there is no refund button.

Hi Wendy,

One-time purchases like a Windows license are typically not refundable, they only have a refund policy for subscriptions that are cancelled.

If there is no refund option in your purchases History section on your account, this forum is just a user to user forum, the best option may be to contact Microsoft Store support directly to ask them if it is possible to get a refund for your purchase.
