I am getting the error "This purchase cannot be completed" when trying to deploy a market place model

I can't deploy market place models through Azure AI Foundry anymore. I few weeks ago (9/24/2026) I was still able to deploy Anthropic models (e.g. Opus 5.5). When I try to deploy an Anthropic model now, I get the following after error a while after the deployment starts - [This purchase cannot be completed. Please contact Microsoft support via this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2101400&clcid=0x409]

Nothing has changed in any of the billing settings, including billing profile -> policy. Azure Marketplace is set the Free+Paid. I receive invoices for the market place models already deployed.

Based on the error “This purchase cannot be completed”, the deployment appears to be failing during the Azure Marketplace purchase/subscription stage rather than during model deployment itself.

Since you were previously able to deploy Anthropic models and have confirmed that Azure Marketplace is configured for Free + Paid offers, further investigation may be required into the Marketplace subscription/entitlement associated with the affected Azure subscription.

Could you please confirm whether this occurs with all Anthropic models or only a specific model such as Claude Opus 5.5?

If possible, please also share the complete deployment error details, including the error code and correlation/request ID. This will help narrow down where the Marketplace transaction is failing.

Yes, I have tried to deploy Opus 4.8, Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5 and all three failed with the same error "[This purchase cannot be completed. Please contact Microsoft support via this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2101400&clcid=0x409]"

Where would I find the request ID? I found a deployment log yesterday, butIi can't remember where that was.

I did find the correlation IDs for the last two failed attempts:

For Sonnet 5.5 the CorrelationID is 74d9f5eb-cae1-45b7-a4b7-064b8c402d49, and for Opus 4.8: 369f9c73-b213-4ff8-ab3d-060bdb8fed91
