- I legally purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude 5550 (Service Tag: 2GDJC64) through a government MSTC auction and I have the official invoice. During OOBE Windows setup, it is locked to a corporate tenant (assaabloy.onmicrosoft.com) via Windows Autopilot. The company's local IT team states that the service tag is not listed in their local portal. How can I get this hardware hash / service tag deregistered from Microsoft Autopilot so I can use my laptop?
