Outlook.com not blocking domains IP's originated from Microsoft themselves..

I've gone 300+ reports to all the Microsoft report emailadresses.

Yet no response or fix was done.

I've been massively spammed by multiple IP's/domains from Microsoft servers and Outlook.com doesn't able the option to block them. (Note: Rules also doesn't work).

The big one is: freediving.academy (e.g. 4.193.253.233, 20.210.129.50, 20.122.157.129, 20.114.192.242 etc. etc. etc.)

I've also did plenty of reporting here: https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/

Also zero responses or actions given.

There is not much you can do to stop them. Because:

1 -- Your Blocked Senders List does not apply to emails delivered directly to your Junk folder by the Microsoft Mail servers. It only filters out emails that would have been delivered to your Inbox.

2 -- Rules do not auto run on the Junk Folder. So any Rules you create have no effect at all on these emails because they are delivered directly to your Junk folder.

3 -- Reporting just tells the Microsoft Mail server to move future mail from this sender to Junk. And it has no effect since they are already being delivered directly to Junk.

    All I can suggest:

A -- Vote for this Feature Request so Microsoft knows we want this fixed:

    Truly blocking a sender

    Hi @Wilbert van N

I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this much spam, especially after submitting hundreds of reports and trying both blocked senders and inbox rules. I completely understand why the lack of any visible response or improvement is frustrating.

For personal Outlook.com accounts, blocking a sender or domain does not reject the message entirely. It normally directs matching messages to the Junk Email folder. If the senders continually change or disguise their addresses, blocking and rules may not consistently match them

Since you have already exhausted the available reporting and blocking options, please contact Outlook.com support through Help > Still need help? and include the full headers from a recent example. Unfortunately, forum moderators and other members cannot access your personal mailbox or investigate the filtering system directly.

Thank you so much for your time and understanding
