Microsoft for Startups Application Rejected Without Explanation — No Rejection Email and Support Button Not Working

Hello,

I signed up for Microsoft for Startups a few days ago for my company, Pacewin Solutions Private Limited. We are building Offever, our own software product, and I was hoping to use the startup credits to help us run and develop the platform.

When I checked the Microsoft for Startups dashboard, I found this message: “You're not eligible for the Microsoft for Startups credit offer.”

The problem is that I have no idea why my application was rejected. I haven't received any rejection email explaining the reason, and there is no information on the dashboard telling me what went wrong. I have checked my email folders but still haven't received any explanation from Microsoft.

I want to understand the actual reason for this decision. Is it because of my Microsoft account, my existing Azure Free Account, previous use of Azure credits, company verification, or some other eligibility requirement? I don't want to guess at the reason and keep trying things that may not solve the problem.

My Azure subscription is active, and the portal shows the separate US$200 Azure Free Account credit, which expires in 29 days. I understand that this is different from the Microsoft for Startups credit offer. I am mentioning it only to explain my current situation, not because I believe it confirms my eligibility for startup credits.

I also tried to contact the Microsoft for Startups team, but I am stuck there as well. The “Get program support” option is missing from my startup dashboard. When I try to submit a support request through the available link, it redirects me back to the Azure Portal Home page. I cannot find a suitable Microsoft for Startups eligibility category under Azure Help + Support either.

At this point, I don't know whether my application was rejected because I failed a particular eligibility requirement, whether some information needs to be verified, or whether there is another issue with my account.

Could someone please help me understand the specific reason my application was marked as ineligible? If there is something I need to correct or verify, I would appreciate clear guidance on what to do next. I would also like to know whether I can reapply after the applicable waiting period and what I should address before doing so.

I am happy to provide company registration documents or any other necessary information through an official, private Microsoft support channel.

I would really appreciate some clarity on this, because without knowing the reason for the rejection, I have no way of knowing what to fix or whether reapplying would make any difference.

Thank you.

Verify that the startup meets all Microsoft for Startups eligibility requirements (business stage, product, website, and company verification). Have the user submit a support request through the Microsoft for Startups portal or Azure support, if available, and reapply after addressing any eligibility gaps. Since the rejection reason is not visible, only the Microsoft for Startups team can confirm the specific cause of the ineligibility.
