Microsoft Rewards Redemption Error – "Oops! Issue with Your Account or Order" After Clicking Redeem

Hello Microsoft Community,

I am experiencing an issue with Microsoft Rewards. Whenever I select a reward and click "Redeem," I receive the following message:

"Oops! It looks like there's an issue with your account or order. Please reach out to Microsoft Rewards support for assistance."

I am a Chinese international student living in Malaysia, where I have successfully redeemed rewards before. I temporarily visited China for approximately three months but have now been back in Malaysia for over a month.

I am wondering whether my travel history may have triggered a regional restriction or an account verification issue.

I have already contacted Microsoft Rewards Support, but I have not received a response yet.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance. I have attached a screenshot of the error message.
