Bom, entrei em um link duvidoso, minha conta do de outro app tinha sido roubada aí só troquei a senha quando se passou 2 semanas vi que o vírus ainda tava lá e roubaram vários acessos meu inclusive minha conta da Microsoft que trocaram o Gmail dela e a senha porém só ficou meu número de telefone, queria suporte da Microsoft pra me ajudar nessa situação pois n consigo recuperar minha conta sem ajuda dela e n consigo entrar em contato com um suporte humano

    Just letting you know right away that this is a public user forum, so we are not Microsoft employees and nobody here can look into your account or get you a live agent. We can only point you in the right direction.

    Since you caught a virus that steals passwords, I need to ask if you have already wiped your drive and reinstalled Windows completely. There is no point trying to get the account back if the malware is still in the background watching your keystrokes. Also, since your phone number is still attached, I need to know what exactly happens when you go to the regular Microsoft login page, type in your phone number, and hit forgot password.

    Tell me what screen or error pops up so we can figure out our next move.
