Hello J102614,
This behavior might be due to a temporary issue with Microsoft Store or a problem with the Gaming Services component. Please try the following steps:
First, please open Settings > System > Storage and make sure the Windows drive has sufficient free space. If the drive is nearly full, use Cleanup recommendations to remove unnecessary temporary files, then restart the computer and try the installation again.
Then you can try install Gaming Services through PowerShell. Please follow the steps below:
For Windows 11, open PowerShell as administrator, then run:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
The official Gaming Services page should open in Microsoft Store. Select Install and wait for the installation to finish.
You can also try installing another free app from Microsoft Store to test.
If other apps cannot be installed either, press Windows + R, enter wsreset.exe, and select OK. A blank window may appear briefly, and Microsoft Store should open automatically when the reset is complete. Then try the installation again.
If other apps install normally and the issue only affects Gaming Services, run the Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC. Restart the computer after the tool finishes, then try installing Gaming Services again.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
