Outlook is blocking anthropic invite emails. The emails are not going to junk mail, they must be filtered out as they are not in my inbox or junk email

I have a max 5x Claude account that is registered under my [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@hotmail.com email address. I am trying to link that account to a Anthropic console business account and I am not receiving the invite emails.

Note that this is not the first time that Outlook has done this. I have actually started migrating away from Outlook due to these issues.

    Hi @Colin Coakwell

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Thank you for confirming that you have already completed the suggested checks and that several resent invitations still have not arrived. I understand how frustrating this is, especially when the messages are not appearing in either the Inbox or Junk Email folder.

At this stage, Anthropic will need to investigate the delivery from the sending side rather than simply resend the invitation. Please ask their email or technical support team to check the delivery logs for the latest attempt and confirm whether the message was accepted or rejected by Outlook.com.

If the message was rejected, Anthropic should provide the SMTP response or non-delivery details and submit the issue through Outlook.com Sender Support. Microsoft recommends this route when email from a specific sender does not arrive and no recipient-side error is shown.

If Anthropic confirms that Outlook.com accepted the message, please contact Outlook.com support directly by selecting Help > Help, searching for the issue, and then selecting Yes under Still need help? Include the sending address and exact date and time of the latest attempt.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

I hope this helps move the investigation forward.
