Is a full reinstall of Windows 11 normal after a computer virus/es had won?.as this has been the end results ,or is there another option i can use?, so that a full reinstall of Windows is not needed?

    A full reinstall is usually not necessary if your PC is infected with malware.

    Please provide full details on the symptoms of the malware you see on your PC, what scans you have performed and also a screenshot of any errors you may be seeing.
