Keyboard number keys and Esc key not working correctly

I'm having an issue with my keyboard on Windows. Whenever I press the number 1 key, it opens a Google Support page instead of typing 1. Also, whenever I press the Esc key, it types ` instead of working normally.

My number keys aren't functioning correctly, and I'm not sure what caused this. How can I fix it? and when i just press feleven it just goes fullscreen on a window i need help rn

    Hi, let me help you.

    It may be that your CTRL key or FN key is stuck; try to press and holding it down and see if it pops right back up.

    Or tap CTRL+ALT+DEL all at the same time and then check if it works.
