MathType rendering in Word

MathType 6.9 equations stopped rendering correctly in Word after a recent Office update. Symbols like integrals, summations, and other advanced characters now appear as empty boxes. MathType can still open and edit the equations, but Word no longer displays them.

    Report the problem to Microsoft using the built-in Help | Feedback | Report a problem path, but also check with Wiris to see if there has been an update to MathType that would solve the problem.
