Installed a fresh version of MacOs.

After installing a fresh copy of M365 Apps (direct from portal.office.com), I added my Microsoft 365 account to Outlook.

email works fine. - OWA works fine -iOS Outlook works fine.

However, on Outlook for MacOS calendars are missing. The sidebar only shows Birthdays, United Kingdom Holidays, United States Holidays. - no calendar for my account.

I can find no way of adding it.

this occurs across even if I add a second or 3rd M365 account.

MacOS version is Golden Gate 27.0.1

M365 Apps version is 16.113.4

Any ideas?

thanks

    Hi Steve,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, your calendar displays and works normally in OWA and Outlook for iOS. However, the calendar does not work properly in New Outlook for Mac.

    Please try the following steps:

1/ Uninstall New Outlook for Mac, and then reinstall it.

2/ Please try switching to Legacy Outlook to check whether the issue also occurs there:

    Click Outlook > Legacy Outlook.

3/ Create a new Outlook profile.

You can refer to the following documentation for instructions on how to create a new profile:

Manage profiles or identities in Outlook for Mac | Microsoft Support

4/ If you have another macOS device available, please check whether the issue also occurs on that device or only on your current device.

If you have any updates regarding this issue, please feel free to share them with me. I will continue to assist you.
