You are required to register an authentication method to continue but none have been enabled for this account. Contact your admin for help"

Every time I try to access my Azure account I get the message: "You are required to register an authentication method to continue but none have been enabled for this account. This started after I downloaded MFA and this app doesn't even work for me, the account is registered in the app and it still gets an error.

So that I can try and help you with your question, please can you answer the following:
- Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
- What authentication app have you downloaded to use?
Thanks,
