I don't have access to my original email when I took the MSCE years ago. I am looking for a copy of my certification, how do I access that?

If the legacy certification is already attached to a Microsoft Learn profile, access it from the Certification Dashboard or transcript:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with any account that may have been used for the exam registration.
    2. Open the Certification Dashboard and select View Certificates to download earned certificates.
    3. Open View Transcript to see the certification record and share or download a PDF copy.

    If the certification is missing:

    1. Verify the credential requirements were completed.
    2. Try signing in with other Microsoft accounts that may have been used in the past, including personal or work/school accounts.
    3. Be aware that some older legacy certifications have aged out of the Certification Program and are no longer available in customer Learn profiles.
    4. For additional help with missing credentials, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

If access to the original personal Microsoft account was lost and no alternate work or school account was added to the Learn profile, access to that profile and its data is lost. Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover the personal Microsoft account or transfer or restore the contents of an inaccessible Learn profile.
