I have issues in making payments, either my debit card payments not accepting or not sharing any QR code for UPI transactions.. I spent almost 4 hours on this and its waste of time to complete payments. Kindly make it easier for people to do the payments and my account is inactive and unable to use it aswell

    Hi Vaisshnavaramya BS,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with the payment process. Spending several hours trying to complete a payment without success is understandably frustrating.

Based on your description, the issue appears to involve payment processing (debit card or UPI payment options) as well as the status of your Microsoft account. As members of this community forum, we do not have access to Microsoft billing systems, payment methods, subscription records, account status, or the ability to investigate why a UPI QR code is not being generated.

This may be a temporary service or payment-processing issue. You may wish to wait 24-48 hours and then try the transaction again. If the problem persists, consider trying a different payment method, if one is available to you.

If you continue to experience payment failures, cannot obtain a UPI QR code, or your account remains inactive, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly so they can securely review your account and payment details.

I understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but only Microsoft Support has the tools required to investigate and resolve account-specific billing and payment issues.
