Configuring preferences and options in Outlook.com
The solution offered didn't resolve my problem.
I removed the delete check box from my MSN mail folder, wont it back.

How did you remove it to be exact?
Can I see a screenshot of the current layout please?

If you go to "View" > Reading Pane, and choose "show on the bottom", the checkbox should return for each message.
