Microsoft has put up an ad product for purchase online for Best Buys IPad for a price which caught my eyes, had contacted Best Buys to honor that price and they say they are not responsible for that AD, which brings to Microsoft has to Honor that price for purchase since they put up that AD! It is an 11gen, 128GB, 11in. A16 Chip Blue in color for $69.00. I snapped shot that ad could send it to you if needed and was taken this morning 10/09/2026. SO, is Microsoft willing to pay that price that you put out for Best Buys?

    Hello Lordes Kornelson,

I understand your concern regarding the advertised price you saw for the iPad and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Please note that Microsoft Advertising provides a platform where advertisers can promote their products and services. The content, pricing, product information, and offers displayed in advertisements are generally provided and managed by the advertiser themselves. As a result, Microsoft Advertising is not able to modify, authorize, or honor pricing offered by third-party businesses.

If you believe the advertisement contains inaccurate pricing or misleading information, kindly please have time to check your private message and provide a screenshot of the ad along with R-Link you may have. We can review the information and ensure it is forwarded to the appropriate team for investigation.

For concerns regarding the advertised product's price or availability, we also recommend continuing to work directly with the retailer, as they are generally responsible for the sale and fulfillment of their products.

We appreciate you taking the time to report this matter and look forward to receiving the screenshot and additional details.

    Kind regards,
Chris | Microsoft Advertising Support Specialist | 1-800-518-5689
