Live TV Broadcast use rights of Azure Maps

Hello,

We're building a web app that uses satellite and street level imagery and data as background and add news graphics overlays on top of this. Like Higlighting countries, lowerthirds, exact positions of newsworthy events on map and so on.

The app helps tv stations build animations as videos and they're then free to use it on live broadasts. At this point I'm wondering If Azure Maps also gives the right to broadcast those creations live on tv.

I'd appreciate it If anyone can help regarding this.
