Artifact Signing organization validation failed after Authenticator network error

I am completing Public organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing in West US 2.

I completed the AU10TIX identity verification flow, and the Verified ID is present in Microsoft Authenticator. During the final Verified ID presentation step, Authenticator repeatedly displayed a "network error."

Reopening the verification link now redirects to credentials.microsoft.com/verify/noaccess and displays: "Sorry, this link has been used already. Please return to Artifact Signing to review the status of your request."

I used the same work account as the request primary email. The validation status changed from Action Required to Failed, and the portal does not show a specific failure reason. I have preserved the failed request and the existing Verified ID.

The subscription has Basic support, which blocks a technical support case.

Could the Artifact Signing team advise how to obtain the failure reason and whether this request can be resumed? If a new validation is required, can I reuse the existing valid Verified ID?

I can provide the validation ID through an appropriate private support channel.
