If the notification is at bottom right of the screen, it's probably an abused browser based push notification.

To disable push notifications in Edge:

Copy/paste edge://settings/privacy/sitePermissions/allPermissions/notifications into the Address bar and click enter.

To disable all notifications, toggle off the setting Ask before sending (Recommended)

    or

Look at the sites listed under Allowed to send notifications

For any dodgy looking site, click the three dots on the right and either Remove or Block it.

You will likely see playwithonetap.com listed here.

Let me know if the notification is for a different browser.

Please elaborate. Where are you seeing the reference to playwithonetap.com? Is it an app a notification or .. ?
