    Hi, @Ron Christiano

It depends on what you mean by syncing.

If you want to connect your iPhone to Windows 11, open "Phone Link" on the PC and select "iPhone." For more info please see "Phone Link requirements and setup" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/phonelink/phone-link-requirements-and-setup?utm_source=chatgpt.com#tabpanel_1_ios

If you mean you want to open and use your iPhone apps directly on the PC, that is not supported.

Which apps are you trying to access from the iPhone?

To connect an iPhone to a Windows desktop and use supported phone features through Phone Link:

    1. Make sure the PC and iPhone are nearby and both have Bluetooth turned on.
    2. On the PC, open Phone Link from the Start menu.
    3. Under Pick your phone, select iPhone.
    4. Follow the pairing steps in Phone Link.
    5. Scan the QR code shown on the PC using the iPhone camera.
    6. Complete the Bluetooth pairing prompts on both devices.
    7. On the iPhone, allow the permissions needed for features to work:
      • Share System Notifications
      • Show Notifications
      • Sync Contacts

If the iPhone pairs in Bluetooth but does not appear correctly in Phone Link:

    1. On the PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices and remove the iPhone.
    2. On the iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the information icon next to the PC name, and select Forget this Device.
    3. Turn Bluetooth off on both devices, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
    4. Open Phone Link and try pairing again.

For calling features, the PC must support Bluetooth, the PC must run Windows 11 or Windows 10 May 2019 Update, and the iPhone must run iOS 15 or later. On the iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the PC, and enable Sync Contacts.

Phone Link provides access to supported features such as messages, notifications, contacts, call history, and calls. The context does not provide support for running iPhone apps directly on the Windows desktop.
