The Outlook for iOS app is free and does not require you to log into your Microsoft account. Moreover, there is no purchase key for it. What leads you to believe you need one?
Describe completely "does not let me sign in." Exactly what steps do you take and exactly what happens when you take them? If you receive an error, include it here exactly as it appears on your screen. You should be able to simply enter your account credentials and Outlook for iOS should configure your account for you, prompting you any OAuth2 data it needs to connect to your mailbox. Since AOL mail is hosted by Yahoo, you should get a connection to a Yahoo mailbox using your AOL credentials.
