Microsoft for Startups – Business Verification Failed

Hello Microsoft Startup Support,

I am the co-founder of nTra.ai (https://ntra.ai), an agentic AI platform for software product development, based in Hyderabad, India.

I successfully registered using my personal Microsoft account and received $200 in initial Azure credits.

However, the business verification process failed without providing a reason or an option to resubmit.

I would like to request a manual review of my existing startup application and an opportunity to provide supporting business documents.

Please help me complete verification and unlock the additional startup credits.

Thank you.

There is no self-service option to resubmit a failed business verification after submission. A submitted application also cannot be edited.

    The supported next steps are:

    1. Review the original business details that were submitted.
      • Ensure the registered startup name and registered business address exactly match the legal business documents.
      • Mismatches in name or address can cause business verification to fail and delay acceptance.
    2. Submit a Microsoft for Startups Program Support request.
      • In the Azure portal, go to the startup homepage.
      • On the Overview tab, find Your Microsoft Team.
      • Select Get program support.
      • Include the verification failure details and request a manual review.
    3. If access is through the Microsoft for Startups Portal, support can also be opened there.
      • Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
      • Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
      • Select Submit a Support Ticket.
      • Attach relevant documents or screenshots of the error.

Program Support handles program onboarding, business verification, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems.

Application reviews are typically completed in about three business days, though verification can take longer.
