Our organization identity validation for KI Werk GmbH in Azure Artifact Signing has failed, but the portal does not display a failure reason. Our subscription has Basic support, so the technical support ticket form is blocked. How can we request a private review by the identity validation team, determine the failed verification step, and find out whether correction or a new submission is required?
