Hi Hasan Fasil,
Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?
- Did your Microsoft 365 Family subscription recently expire, and are you now trying to renew it with a new product key?
- Was the product key purchased as a digital code or from a retail store?
- Are you redeeming the key at https://microsoft365.com/setup while signed in with the Microsoft account that owns the subscription?
- Do you see the expired Microsoft 365 Family subscription listed under Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services?
The error message can occur if the key was entered incorrectly, has already been redeemed, is intended for a different product, or is being redeemed with a different Microsoft account than the one associated with the subscription.
Once you provide the above information, we'll be happy to help further.
