The Soundwave Headphones quest can be region-dependent. Check the quest directly here:

If it still does not work, the supported troubleshooting steps for Microsoft Rewards issues are:

    1. Sign out of the Microsoft account, then sign back in.
    2. Make sure VPN or proxy is disabled.
    3. Try a different browser, or clear the current browser and try again.
    4. If the reward still does not appear or complete, it may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock in the region.
    5. If the issue continues, contact Microsoft Rewards Support:

    Hello potato,

Sorry the quest isn't working for you, especially after following the tutorials. I'm not totally sure yet which step is failing, so a few quick details would help me narrow it down:

    • Which part doesn't work: the "Download and Search" step doesn't count, you can't see the quest at all, or the redeem step fails? If there's an error message, what does it say?
    • Are you on a PC or a phone, and are you using a VPN or proxy?
    • Do you see the quest when you open this page while signed in? https://rewards.bing.com/earn/quest/WWpcparentRobloxSoundwaveHP_punchcard

If the quest doesn't show at all, it's most likely not available for your region or account right now.

If it shows but the progress doesn't count, these might help:

    • Make sure the same Microsoft account is signed in to Rewards and to Bing/Edge, since progress may not register if the browser is signed in to a different account.
    • Sign out and back in, turn off any VPN or proxy, and try another browser.
    • Give it up to 24 hours, as progress and the item can be delayed.

If it still doesn't move after that, Microsoft Rewards Support is the place that can check your account and the quest: https://rewards.bing.com/support
