    Dear Marvin Alejandro,

Please understand that this forum is a public platform, and moderators will modify your question to cover your personal information in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

Based on your description, the error AADSTS90023: "An error occurred while processing incoming message" is a generic Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication error that can occur when the authentication request received by the service is malformed or cannot be processed correctly

Her are some suggestions you can try:

1/Sign out of all Microsoft accounts and sign in again using an InPrivate/Incognito browser session.

2/Clear the browser cache and cookies, then retry.

3/Test from a different browser or device.

4/If this occurs only in the Teams desktop app:

    • Try signing in to Teams on the web https://teams.cloud.microsoft/ to determine whether the issue is application-specific.
    • Clear the cache of the Microsoft Teams mobile app and then reinstall the app.
    • Consider adding an additional MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) method, such as a phone number, to help avoid conflicts with your primary account.

If you are using a work or school account, contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to check whether there are any Conditional Access policies, authentication issues, or related entries in the Microsoft Entra sign-in logs.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any updates or further questions.
