Thanks for sharing what finally worked. Since you now have a result, I wouldn’t rerun the test just to get another report; if the prompt requested a 48-digit number, that was a BitLocker recovery key rather than your usual power-on password.

For another way to read the recorded result, open Start, type PowerShell, select Run as administrator, and paste this command:

This retrieves the newest matching event and displays its date and full message. Check the date against your completed test, then copy the output into Notepad if you want to keep a readable record. It reads existing events rather than running another diagnostic.
Also, verify that your recovery key is backed up and accessible from another device before any future testing. Keep it private, and don’t include it in a forum post.
