how to fix 0xca020007 win 11 update error

hi,

(1) I have installed Windows 11 26H2 Insider experimental build 26340.9577.
When I go to Windows Update through the Settings app to update Windows.
I see Windows 11 26H2 Insider experimental build 26340.9596 there.
Since yesterday, my Windows is not updating to this and is giving the 0xca020007 error code.
How to fix that error.
(2) My BITS service is starting and stopping on its own.
Please help fix them.
