I'm still logged in on my computer, and my Minecraft account is with that email. is there anyway i can prove that it's my account and to get to reset and send an email to that email account? just as a side note, when i try to login it literally says the account doesn't exist

    Hi @kolten wright powell

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, especially since the Microsoft account is connected to your Minecraft purchase.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

Based on the screenshots, your original email address is no longer being recognized, while Windows is displaying a different email address for verification. This may indicate that the sign-in alias or security information was changed without your permission.

Since you are still signed in on the computer, please do not sign out, remove the account from Windows, or reset the device for now. First, run a full malware scan through Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Scan options > Full scan.

Next, use the Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper and enter the original email address. If it is not recognized, try any phone number, Skype name, or previous alias that may have been associated with the account. If a support option is provided, explain that the original username stopped working after the account information was changed without your permission. Microsoft recommends the Sign-in Helper for compromised account and username issues.

If you are directed to the recovery form, provide as much accurate information as possible, such as previous passwords, the original email address, your Minecraft username or Xbox gamertag, purchase details, and any previous recovery information. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

    Thank you for your understanding.

Since this is a public forum, we will hide your personal identifiable information, and I have sent that image of yours containing your personal identifiable information in a private message so we can work together to resolve the issue. Also, please check your private message in case you want to share another screenshot to avoid leaking your PII by click on the Private Message button as show below
