Two verified business listings stuck in Pending

Hello,

We manage Bing Places listings for several small businesses in Germany. Two fully verified listings have been stuck in "Pending Publication" status well past the stated 7-12 day window:

  • Briese Reinigung & Service (Berlin)
  • Dream Clean Gebäudereinigung UG (Berlin) Both show "Synced with Google" in the dashboard and passed verification, but neither appears on Bing Maps yet. Has anyone run into this and found something that actually helped besides waiting or contacting support? Any pointers appreciated.

Martin

What has helped in similar Bing Places cases is forcing a republish from the Bing Places dashboard.

    1. Sign in to Bing Places.
    2. Open each affected listing.
    3. Make a very small non-visible change, such as toggling a service option or adding a photo and then removing it.
    4. Save the listing.
    5. Check again over the next 24–72 hours to see whether the status moves out of Pending Publication.

That approach has been reported to retrigger the publishing pipeline when a listing is already indexed or synced but the background publish state did not complete.

Also check the listing status carefully:

    • If the status is Verified, it can still take 15–20 days to fully propagate.
    • If the status is Published, it should already be appearing in Bing search.

If either Berlin listing has been stuck longer than that, the remaining documented path is Bing Places support.
