Everyone setting issue that blocked me from the Xbox network

I know the reason why I got banned from the Xbox network is because one mistake caused it is that Microsoft account <PII removed> to be viewed by everyone is because my everyone settings was accidentally on so everyone could report me back in April 2026 of this year and I'll explain it better so I was supposed to have it on to friends and friends only unfortunately i was banned before I had any time to fix it back but now the permanent ban was a misunderstanding from the Xbox network just because of that setting being on i don't want to be offline because I was mistakenly to be offline and my leaderboard gamerscore i don't want it to reset because I know the meaning why I violated the rules on Xbox one my first in 10 years that I still had this ban

It's unfortunate to hear that your account got banned. For your information, no gaming platform will ban an account based solely on user reports, so I don't think this is the main issue here.

Carl i think I know the reason why actually I was permanently suspended from the Xbox network is because on April 13th 2026 1:31 pm but my strike counter was supposed be 8 out of 8 but the thing is my counter was 3 out of 0 which happened on Saturday October 3rd 2026 this explains my question to you now is it possible to get the account back online because I have these problems now that occured on the day it happened for me and my appeals were denied multiple times I tried reach out to a human representative for help but I didn't get it so I am wondering if this is the cause of it because it my first time getting strikes having denied appeals and a permanent suspension i believe a lot more things have changed on my enforcement the counter gave me 3 volations as it gave me 3 out of 0 strikes it explains why I have 12 volations but the thing is 3 things caused 3 strikes of 0 but that also explains why I said what I said but now this is the truth I have made it through 6 months of a network lockout on my main profile this matches perfectly and makes a lot of sense my timeline of bad behavior was 2022 to 2026 now the good behavior was 2016 to 2021 that is why I am getting locked out of the network and it's not the everyone setting it's the strike glitch error that the automated system bot did not have any time to check it at all or check the math of the status of the strikes.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to access the enforcement data. In this case, you should check with Xbox support to see if they can read any ban on record on your account.
