Outlook.com mailbox corrupted by QuickMailChecker / Sky Market

My outlook.com account has been compromised and my mailbox appears to be corrupted.

Incoming emails are being overwritten with the following content:

"@QuickMailChecket_bot - All-In-One Checker (Hotmail Mix Xbox) - SKY MARKET"

This happens even with brand new emails that i send to myself. The original email content is replaced by the QuickMailChecker/ Sky market page.

I have already:

  • Changed my password
  • Enabled two factor authentication
  • Removed suspicious app permissions
  • Checked and removed al mail rules
  • Checked forwarding settings (disabled)
  • Reviewed account recovery methods

This issue only affects one Outlook account. Other Outlook/Hotmail accounts work normally.

Please investigate my mailbox for corruption, hidden rules, unauthorized mailbox access, and perform a mailbox restore/reindex if necessary.

    Microsoft Support does not monitor this forum. You have to initiate the contact using a standard Support Channel.

    • {This should open the Help side panel}
    • Search Help -> {Your problem} and press Enter
    • Still need help? [Yes]
    • If you get "We're here to help": Tell us your problem -> {Your problem, again} [Get Help]
    • [Sign In] {Use any Outlook/Microsoft account}
    • Choose a support option -> Chat with a support agent in your web browser You can reference the link to this page in Chat to help the agent understand what you have already done.

    My Outlook.com account has the same QuickMailChecker / SKY MARKET problem. New emails arrive with their original content, but after about a minute the message body changes to “SKY MARKET ALL-IN-ONE CHECKER.” My entire mailbox has also been emptied, and a suspicious forwarding rule keeps reappearing even after I delete it. I have changed my password and used Sign out everywhere. I need Microsoft to investigate the mailbox itself and advise whether my emails can be restored.
