Figured it out. Extension called Scam Blocker. Will just delete that one and looks like it will work fine. THANK YOU.
Can't log into Hotmail on Firefox anymore

I get the error below. I have checked internal clocks(all good) cleared cache. Hotmail/outlook will work if I use IN PRIVATE on Firefox, or if I use outlook browser but won't work in regular browsing window in Firefox. This is the error I get. Also, this happens on all my computer devices at home that use firefox.

Let's try to isolate the issue (As per your description "outlook.live.com" working normal on any browser or inPrivate Windows EXCEPT Firefox)
- Kindly check current browser extensions/plugs and disable them all >> then, try access the site again.
- Reset Browser Settings and retry.
- Check your network settings (Since, every PC you have facing same issue)
- Update Firefox to latest version.
If possible, kindly share a screenshot of the error message on Firefox.

2026-03-10T12:43:16.75+00:00 Hi, I was able to get issue resolved. It was one of the extensions with a security platform that I use. For some reason all of the sudden Hotmail/Outlook wouldn't work with that extension turned on, so simply turned it off and notified that website of the issue.

In my case: outlook.live.com > ONLY in Mozilla Firefox ( all Versions ) > old profile restored from a backup
Everything works perfectly; I just needed to log in to Outlook (see image)
= Hotmail stopped working completely.
My solution:
Explorer > C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles<mozilla-profile-name>*storage*
Close Firefox → Delete Entry > https+++oauth.officeapps.live.com from the storage folder → Start Firefox → Sign in again.
Login works again; a really annoying search - online research didn’t really turn up anything about this.
