    Hello **James Warren**Azure Free Trial subscriptions often have 0 quota for Basic App Service Plans, so creating a Basic plan is blocked even if free credits are available. This is expected behavior. To proceed, either use the Free (F1) plan, request a quota increase (may be denied on trial), or upgrade the subscription to Pay‑As‑You‑Go to unlock App Service quotas.
